On-Time Arrival/Late Arrival Policy

Your time is valuable!

As part of our commitment to providing our patients with exceptional dental care we ask that you review our on-time arrival/late arrival policy:

We ask all our families to plan on arriving for their appointment at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment start time. This allows us to update important information in your file, such as a change to insurance and heath history updates, and get your child(ren) back at their scheduled appointment time.

A grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays you may encounter on your way to the office. If a family arrives more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time we will give you the option of either being seen that day as a walk-in, if the schedule permits, or reschedule for a later date. This process will help ensure all patients who are scheduled with us are seen in a timely manner as their time is valuable too!
